Orders are processed in the order they are
received. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail from California. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot ship Priority Mail Express.

Before Lighting Your Candle:

✔ Trim the Wick – Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn to prevent soot and uneven burning.
✔ Check for Debris – Remove any wick trimmings or foreign objects from the wax to prevent flare-ups.
✔ Choose a Safe Surface – Place your candle on a heat-resistant, level surface away from drafts, pets, and flammable objects.

While Burning:

✔ First Burn Matters – Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to prevent tunneling. This can take 2-4 hours.
✔ Keep It in Sight – Never leave a burning candle unattended.
✔ Limit Burn Time – Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time to avoid excessive heat buildup.
✔ Avoid Drafts – Keep candles away from fans, vents, and open windows to prevent uneven burning and excessive flickering.
✔ Use a Snuffer – Extinguish the flame with a candle snuffer instead of blowing it out to prevent wax splatter.

After Burning:

✔ Let the Wax Cool – Allow the wax to fully solidify before relighting.
✔ Re-center the Wick – If the wick has shifted, gently adjust it while the wax is still warm.
✔ Store Properly – Keep candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and scent loss.

Safety Precautions:

⚠ Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room.
⚠ Keep out of reach of children and pets.
⚠ Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains to prevent overheating the container.
